I have a problem to see missed calls or find out who make a call when my phone is on another call (busy)
iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1.2

They don't answer, or if they do not have call waiting or voicemail, you get a busy signal? I've read where some carriers seem to provide some type of tone that indicates the person you are calling is on a call. I've never seen there here in the US.
